FY2019 Continuum of Care Application Available for Review

To receive the maximum amount of points listed in Section VII.B.1. of the FY2019 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), each CoC must have in place a process to make all parts of the CoC Consolidated Application (including the CoC Application and attachments and the CoC Priority Listing with all project applications accepted and ranked, or rejected) available on its website at least two days before the application deadline to notify community members and key stakeholders that the CoC Consolidated Application is available.

 

The FY2019 Northern Panhandle Continuum of Care’s (NPCoC) Consolidated Application was posted to the website of the NPCoC Collaborative Applicant, the Greater Wheeling Coalition for the Homeless, on September 19, 2019 and include the following parts:

All parts of the FY2019 NPCoC Consolidated Application are scheduled to be submitted in e-snaps on September 26, 2019 in advance of the September 30, 2019 NOFA deadline.
